“As a registered dietitian, motivational speaker, and certified fitness specialist, I believe and support a non-diet approach to wellness. I believe that this approach coupled with a fitness regimen promotes and enhances participation in creative, healthy lifestyle habits that will change people’s lives! I feel that the general public now realizes that proper nutrition, coupled with exercise, extends and promotes a quality life. We know that living a healthier lifestyle enhances one’s self-esteem, lowers the risks of many diseases and aids in maintaining a healthy weight for men and women. My personal and professional experiences and education, coupled with my motivation to help you succeed at your individual goal(s), …… IS MY DESIRE! I have worked with many patrons of all ages in a variety of fitness facilities. I have also worked with many athletic teams at the college level. I have supervised, instructed, managed, and “live by example” of what I teach on a daily basis. I have been the athlete, student, faculty member, coach, mom and fitness enthusiast who wanted to get in shape and now I would like to educate others. I can help you implement changes in your life that fit your day-to-day activities. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom, athlete, business professional or adolescent, I have the plan for your need. It may be that you need a speaker! Whether it is for your church group, continuing education hours, disordered eating support groups and MORE….. I am available!
