Return Policy
All sales are final on personalized items. You have the option of returning a non-personalized item within 7 days of purchase for a store credit. If there is a defect in the item you bought, please contact Personalize It / FB Ranch Investments immediately at info@allisonwalkerrd.com. Please keep all packaging that the item came in. You will need to have this packaging to return the item. All returns must be in writing. You have 15 days from the day of purchase to return any defective item.
Shipping Policy
Personalize It / FB Ranch Investments always ships out the best possible freight charges to keep your cost down. As gas prices fluctuate, we will periodically have to change shipping cost accordingly. If you are in the coastal Mississippi area and would like to arrange a pick-up, you may contact us at for pick up times. Delivery is available for some of the Gulfport area. Again contact us at to see if you are in the designated delivery area.
