PERSONAL TRAINING - This service is offered for one-on-one training
and/or group sessions. Sessions include an individualized exercise routine that caters to your every need and want. Choose or combine from the following training list: Pilates, Weight Training, Interval/Cardiovascular Fitness, and/or Flexibility/Core Training. (some equipment may be provided)
NUTRITION - Your choice of one-on-one, phone, or on-line consultation that includes a complete medical history analysis and individualized meal plan to fit your desire. You will learn about portion sizes, food labels, and more!!!
SUPERMARKET TOUR - Tour includes a trip to the supermarket of your
choice. You will learn more about the foods that you routinely bring home, how to decode and dismantle the food label, find healthy options that are available, & new food items on the market. Also, learn the hidden truths of marketing behind the foods that you eat, they may not be as good as its label. There is no better place to learn about nutrition than in the grocery store!
KITCHEN CABINET MAKEOVER – Find and clean out the habitual culprits that are lurking in your pantry once and for all! Ask questions about nutritional value, spoilage, and more to help make your kitchen cabinets healthy.
RESTAURANT MENU MAKEOVER – Tired of picking apart a menu to
find that “healthy” meal? I can help you with any menu item at any restaurant. This one hour makeover will take all the fuss out of choosing a great tasting meal from your favorite restaurant.
